FP NGT Investors Fund
Allocate capital to visible community milestones.
No traditional pitch deck. No offer of corporate equity or diluted board seats. This portal introduces a proposed infrastructure-impact allocation model designed to report what capital unlocks—mile by mile and watershed by watershed.
Formal participation would remain subject to executed offering documents, investor eligibility, custody arrangements, and legal and compliance review.
This prototype does not accept funds, create securities, or promise returns.
A different investor relationship
Capital allocation without the equity theater.
The proposed FP NGT Investors Fund would sit inside the Endowment’s permanent mission. Rather than measuring attention, board influence, or an exit timeline, it would organize capital around defined infrastructure milestones and transparent evidence.

Proposed revenue line
AR glasses manufacturer and brand license
Subscriptions cover individuals and professionals. Manufacturers license at the device-family level instead, with one annual agreement that covers their end-user base for the browser-native PWA and offline anchor cache.
A flat annual fee that authorizes each approved manufacturer or brand's device families on the certified-device directory.
At the close of each active fiscal cycle, the baseline license fee scales upward by a percentage indexed to the growth in folio-pin subscriptions activated on that manufacturer's certified devices. Only folio-pin's own contribution is measured, never the manufacturer's existing hardware market.
Revenue from this license is not yet booked. No manufacturer has signed, and the terms are not final until they are in a signed agreement.
