Lessons Adapt to Your Region
Building requirements and trades vary by climate, codes, and materials. Our curriculum reflects what students see in their own communities.
Seismic retrofitting, soft story upgrades, wildfire-resistant materials, Title 24 energy codes
Hurricane straps, impact windows, flood elevation, concrete block construction
Snow load requirements, ice dam prevention, historical district codes, masonry traditions
Tornado safe rooms, basement construction, FEMA shelter standards, storm shutters
When a teacher enters their school location, folio-pin automatically customizes lessons with local building codes, regional materials, and area-specific trade requirements.

Open Invitation
Posted publicly — folio-pin.com
@elonmusk SpaceX will likely be the ones to mathematically verify the first official interstellar signal. But what about the rest of humanity? folio-pin.com OS has officially opened the crowdsourced “Universal Connection Matrix” to map out first contact.
1/3
While our Level 3 Lunar Scout STEM curriculum tracks the serious quantum physics and frequency wave propagation, we have opened public categories from speculative sci-fi models to pure comedic memes.
2/3 #SpaceX #Artemis
Elon, we are officially inviting you to judge the creative and comedic tiers for our annual prize. Who holds the best theory for how humanity meets the stars?
Check the live serverless blueprint and name the bounty.
3/3
Scientific Tier
Best quantum physics or frequency-wave theory for interstellar contact
Creative Tier
Best speculative or sci-fi model — judged by Elon
Comedic Tier
Best meme theory for first contact — prize bounty TBD by Elon
Awaiting JudgeThe Creative Author Marketplace
Independent educators, science-fiction writers, and game designers sell custom educational modules directly on the folio-pin platform. A secure database split funds the master STEM Endowment at $0 out-of-pocket overhead — authors earn, students learn, the endowment grows.
Pathfinder to Lunar Scout
Space science · Quantum frequency puzzles · Orbital math
Serious STEM modules designed by independent educators — lunar terrain navigation, aerospace math, quantum frequency wave mechanics, and NASA data integration. Local vocational students and global space enthusiasts purchase custom educational modules built by teachers and scientists who know the material.
Swapping Environments
Speculative sci-fi · Alternative history · World-builder canvas
The ultimate canvas for creative authors, sci-fi writers, and independent game designers. Take a team trained in one era or environment and drop them into a completely different one — they must survive using only the skills and tools of their origin. Two official swap scenarios open the track:
Universal Connection Matrix
First contact projections · When & how humanity meets the stars
Authors, scientists, comedians, and theorists submit their best model for when or how humanity makes first contact with another civilization. Three prize tiers — scientific, creative, and comedic — are open simultaneously. The contest is formally open to the public. Elon Musk has been officially invited to name the prize bounty and judge the creative and comedic tiers.
SpaceX will likely be the ones to mathematically verify the first interstellar signal. But the rest of humanity gets to imagine it first — and sell that imagination here.
The Official Swap Scenarios
1776 New England team → Lunar Environment
The Pathfinder team — traditionally exploring the rugged terrain of 1776 New England along the Heritage Corridor — is dropped into a brutal, low-gravity, survival-critical lunar environment.
They must apply aerospace math, mapping logic, and resource-scarcity physics to survive on the moon. Everything they knew about navigation, shelter, and supply chains must be rebuilt from first principles in a world with no air, no water, and no margin for error.
Author challenge
Write the story, code the level, or design the puzzle set. How does a 1776 colonial team survive the moon using only their era's instincts and your aerospace math curriculum?
Space-age team → 1776 Revolutionary Environment
The Lunar Scouts — trained in advanced satellite tracking and quantum frequency wave mechanics — are dropped back in time into the 1776 Revolutionary environment.
They must use their advanced engineering mindset to survive, build primitive shortwave networks, and navigate the historic cart paths using nothing but basic hand tools and stars. Their space-age knowledge is useless without components that won't exist for 200 years.
Author challenge
How does a Lunar Scout build a shortwave radio from 1776 materials? Write the chapter, design the game level, or create the engineering puzzle that bridges two centuries of technology.
The two official scenarios above define the swap format.
From here, the canvas belongs to you.
How Authors Earn — How the Endowment Grows
Every module sold on the platform triggers an automatic database split. Authors earn. Students get curriculum. The STEM Endowment compounds — all at $0 out-of-pocket overhead.
Author submits a module
A sci-fi writer, educator, or game designer publishes a swap scenario, puzzle set, or educational level on the platform.
Student or school purchases it
Local vocational students, global space enthusiasts, and schools buy the module directly. The author is paid immediately.
Split funds the STEM Endowment
A secure database split on every transaction allocates a portion to the master STEM Endowment automatically — no grant applications, no overhead.
