One engine. Two access commitments.
Route every vehicle. Protect the public-service canopy.
The folio-pin Commercial Fleet Routing Engine turns fleet constraints into clear assignments, efficient sequences, and auditable operating plans—without charging qualifying public-service teams.
Commercial SaaS is billed monthly. A separate contract-based IDR assessment is invoiced annually.

Commercial operations
A routing layer built around real constraints.
Service windows, vehicle capacity, depots, crew assignments, and operator rules stay visible in one dispatch surface.
Coordinate crews, materials, service windows, and constrained job sites.
Sequence equipment, maintenance teams, and recurring property routes.
Consolidate turnovers, inspections, repairs, and supply movement.
Plan network-level assignments with operator-defined safety constraints.
Free means no SaaS fee and no IDR charge.
Qualifying school districts, local fire departments, emergency food pantries, and approved emergency-response operators use the routing canopy free permanently.

Annual recurring IDR invoice
Contract-based, transparent, and separate from SaaS.
Commercial customers whose executed agreement includes IDR receive one recurring assessment invoice each year. It is not a government charge and does not apply to the permanent free public-service tier.
Revenue stewardship may support member-owned credit unions, legal defense, and the folio-pin endowment subject to governing agreements. Checkout does not automate those allocations.
Billing clarity
Before checkout
Is the displayed price annual?
No. Each commercial routing plan shown above is a monthly subscription that renews monthly until canceled.
What is charged annually?
The separate IDR assessment is invoiced once annually only when it is included in the customer’s executed commercial service agreement.
Are public-service organizations charged?
Qualifying school districts, local fire departments, emergency food pantries, and approved emergency-response operators pay no SaaS or IDR charge.
Does checkout distribute funds automatically?
No. Stripe Checkout collects the selected monthly subscription. Any stewardship allocations are handled separately under governing agreements.
